Product information and quotations
The website describes our capabilities, including custom diamond painting kits, design support, custom packaging and inserts, custom tools, OEM/ODM, private label, white label, wholesale and dropshipping. Website descriptions are general information and are not, by themselves, a binding quotation or acceptance of an order.
Product specifications, artwork, packaging, quantities, minimum order requirements, prices, payment schedule, production schedule, shipping arrangements, inspection or acceptance, cancellation terms, warranties and remedies must be confirmed in the written quotation and accepted order documents. If a website statement differs from the accepted order documents, the specific written order terms control to the extent permitted by law.
Custom artwork and intellectual property
If you submit artwork, logos, brand assets or other materials, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them for the requested project. You authorize us to review and, if an order is accepted, use those materials only as needed to prepare the design and manufacture the agreed order. Tell us in writing about any limits on use, confidentiality or retention.
Free design support is available for custom projects. The scope of design work, revisions, approval steps, and ownership or permitted use of final design files should be confirmed in writing for each project. Each party retains rights to materials it owned before the project, except as expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Production lead time and shipping
The typical production lead time is 7–15 days. This is an estimate for production, not freight transit, and the project schedule depends on the final specifications and order details. The start point and confirmed schedule will be stated in the written order confirmation.
Our stated shipping term is FOB Xiamen. The applicable Incoterms edition, named place, shipment-specific responsibilities, freight arrangements and any customs duties or taxes should be confirmed in the accepted quotation or order documents. Dropshipping destinations and fulfillment requirements must also be agreed in writing before the order is processed.
Changes, cancellations and order claims
Changes to artwork, specifications, quantities or packaging may affect pricing and timing and must be confirmed in writing. Cancellation rights, inspection periods, notice of defects, returns, replacement or refund remedies are governed by the accepted order documents and applicable law. Do not assume a custom order can be changed or cancelled after production begins; ask us to confirm the applicable terms before ordering.
