How Returns And Refunds Work

If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund for up to 30 days from the purchase date.

Returned products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

*We unfortunately do not offer refunds for partially completed paintings*

To initiate a return, please contact support@diamondpaintingsart.com. In your email, include:

Your order number (you can find this in your order confirmation email)
Your name (or the name of the person who placed the order)
The email address you used to complete your order
A member of our Customer Service team will reply to your message within 24 hours.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs cannot be reimbursed. If you're within the US, our recommendation is to use USPS Flat Rate Shipping services.

*Please include a printout of your order confirmation email in the package for identification purposes. Alternatively, write your order # on the outside of the package in large, clear print (or print out a label).

IF YOU HAVEN'T RECEIVED YOUR ORDER YET...

Our manufacturing facilities and warehouses are located in Asia. Orders usually take between 7-30 business days to arrive at their destination.

**If your item is currently in transit, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund**

On extremely rare occasions, shipping will exceed 30 business days (especially during the US holiday season). If shipping exceeds 30 days, please contact Customer Support at support@diamondpaintingsart.com and we'll be happy to help you track your order.
